To help our studio run efficiently, please note our studio policies.
Signing-In On your first visit, you will be asked to fill out the studio Registration Form. Please be sure to sign the disclaimer and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions that may require our attention. If you do have any injuries please let your instructor know as this will help her adjust the programme to your needs.
Checking-In Please check in at the Reception before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a space in advance.
Punctuality Please arrive 10 minutes before class is due to commence. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes from class start) will not be permitted to enter the class.
Payments All classes must be paid for in advance. We accept cash or credit cards (Visa/MasterCard).
Booking Reservations for private sessions and group classes can be made in person, online, by email or phone. To guarantee a place in the class, pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
Cancellation To change or cancel a booking you must provide a minimum of 12-hour notice for group classes & a 24-hour notice for private and semi-private sessions. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the class will be deducted from your package.
Refunds/Transfers All Packages have expiration dates. Packages cannot be refunded, transferred or credited to a future package or another student. Please take your time choosing a package. All sales (including retail) are final.
Pregnancy If you discover, or suspect, you are pregnant, please advise the Studio before you commence another class. Pre-natal classes are the only suitable classes for you while pregnant. The remainder of your classes will be held in credit and could be utilized towards your pre-natal classes or towards any other sessions upon your return.
Mobile Phones Please turn mobile phones to silent while in the studio.
Personal Belongings Personal items may be stored in the lockers. The studio is not responsible for lost or missing items.
Attire Form fitting workout clothing is recommended. Kindly remove shoes before entering the studios. Grip socks are required during all reformer sessions.
Studio Area Please enter the studio quietly if there is a session or class in progress. Please wipe down equipment after each use. For safety reasons, please do not bring unsupervised children to the studio.
Recommendation Do not eat a heavy meal before your class.
